Dr. rer. nat. Benjamin Baudrit
Benjamin Baudrit studied Chemistry concentrating on Materials Sciences at Joseph Fourier University in Grenoble (France), Engineering in Polymer Science and Technology at Coventry University (England) and Applied Chemistry with the focus on Polymer Science at the Technical College in Münster. The title of his Masters thesis at Elastogran GmbH (BASF AG group), Lemförde was In-situ Determination of the Rheological Properties of Polyurethane Rigid Foams. Thereafter, he obtained his doctor's degree at Süddeutsches Kunststoff-Zentrum (SKZ), Würzburg on the subject: Determination of the Mechanical Properties of PVC U Profiles by Means of DMA. Since 2007, he has been a scientific employee in plastics research and development in the Joining of Thermoplastics division of SKZ. He currently heads the "Material Development, Compounding and Extrusion" and "Products and Processes" departments at SKZ. Since 2021, he has headed the "Material Development, Compounding and Extrusion" and "Products and Processes" departments at SKZ.
