M.Sc. Taiki Hirano

M.Sc. Taiki Hirano

Taiki Hirano, M. Sc., studied materials and chemical engineering at Yamagata University. Between 2011 and 2017, he worked at Japan Polypropylene Corporation in compound and material development and technical service. Since 2017, Mr Hirano has been working at Mitsui Chemicals Inc. as a scientist and product specialist for unidirectional carbon fibre reinforced polypropylene tapes. He is currently (2022) a visiting scientist at the Institute of Plastics Processing at RWTH Aachen University, focusing on joining processes for continuous fibre reinforced thermoplastics.
