Dipl.-Ing. Mathias Weber

From 2002 to 2008, Dipl. Ing. Mathias Weber studied Mechanical Engineering at the RWTH Aachen University and at the Imperial College London with Plastics Technology as the advanced subject. Since August 2008, he has been a Scientific Employee at the Institute for Plastics Processing (IKV) in Industry and the Skilled Trades at RWTH Aachen in the Moulding Design / Materials Engineering Department. There, he is in charge of the Joining of Plastics working field with laser welding and ultrasonic welding as the main focal points of the research.
